Computerized routers are used for precise machining and manufacturing of all Kramer guitar bodies.
Step 3
The shaping and sanding of our bodies is done by hand to insure smooth contours.
Step 4
We use the finest machines available to make oure guitar necks including shapers, routers, and specially made fret saws.
Step 5
We use computerized programmable shapers to shape our guitar necks.
Step 6
Special hand-picked, fine aged rosewood and select curly birdseye maple are used in producing our fingerboards.
Step 7
All of our frets are hand made by specially trained people. Our fret saws are designed with precise spacings.
Step 8
All of our headstocks are tilt-back design.
Step 9
Our guitar bodies are sprayed with a quality finish that looks new even after years of playing.
Step 10
Our bodies are hand sanded to insure a level and smooth final product.
Step 11
The bodies are then buffed to a high-gloss finish - One of the most durable finishes in the market today.
Step 12
The guitar bodies are then wired and all hardware is installed. The neck is fitted to the body and aligned to the bridge before being mounted.
Step 13
Our experienced tuners setup intonation, action, and overall playability.
Step 14
In the final stage of inspection, the finish, electronics, playability, and overall quality is carefully checked.
