Kramer Guitars is pleased to announce the return of the Guitart series. To commemorate this occasion, we are auctioning off one incredible Kramer Baretta with a “Surfer Dude” custom paint job and Certificate of Authenticity. The Baretta was meticulously built in the USA and painted by Cleveland artist Eric Oliver in bold beautiful surfer colors. Vintage Kramer and the Kramer Forum will be offering limited edition runs of the Guitart series for exclusive sale to Forum members in the future, but hurry, each guitar is unique and one of a kind, so don't miss out! This one of a kind Kramer Baretta comes with a custom paint job from Eric Oliver of Cleveland Ohio. The surfer motif is the second in a series of surfers that Eric has been commissioned to paint for Kramer. Loaded with an EMG 81 pickup, this active model is complimented by the EMG PA2 pre amp booster.  An original Floyd Rose trem system with R2 locking nut and Schaller tuners complete the hardware.  The body and neck  is hard rock maple while the sleek fingerboard is rosewood with mother of pearl inlay. The Ghost Surfer features a custom made truss rod cover, the only one to be made. To top it off, we added a fret dress and pro artist set up so that this guitar is ready to rock as soon as you get it home.  The Ghost Surfer comes with a signed Certificate of Authenticity and a plush lined case.

The pricing is set at $1599 USD, which will be lowered by a predetermined amount each week until a participant is willing to accept the price, or a predetermined minimum price is reached . This is setup Dutch Auction style, in order to let the market determine the price of the guitar. The final buyer will be verified under Kramer Forum rules, and then sent the information in order to purchase the guitar from Musicyo.com. 5% of the proceeds of this guitar will go towards the Kramer Expo 2007.
